Battery or Wired, Your Choice: Choose battery mode for easy installation or choose wired mode to eliminate charging altogether. Comes with a quick-release battery pack, keep a spare for quick swaps and to avoid any downtime due to charging. Note: Power source required (8~24V, >10VA).

The Video Doorbell E340 can pair with your existing chime, eufy HomeBase S280, HomeBase S380, MiniBase Chime(T8023), Alexa, and Google Voice Assistant. However, it is not compatible with the original eufy Wi-Fi Chime(T8020), eufy Chime(T8740/T8742), or Apple HomeKit.

While the Video Doorbell E340 does not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi, it is compatible with the pre-record function when constantly powered with a 16-24V, 30VA transformer, expected to be available from early December 2023. The existing chime needs to be bypassed in this case.

To link Alexa with the Video Doorbell E340, simply enable the "eufy Security" skill in the Alexa app, enter your eufy account login details, and then discover the available security devices.
